Q1: What information of AHU do you need to provide in order to get a quotation?

A1: Generally, for Air Handling Unit we need to know the following information: 

1) Cooling capacity; 

2) Air flow, fresh air volume? 

3) Static pressure & Air filter etc; 

4) Panel thickness 25mm, 30mm, 50mm etc. 

5) Chilled water type or DX type with outdoor unit? 

6) Application of the air handling unit? 

7) Other special requirement?

Q2: Can I have a samples for testing before ordering products?

A2: Yes, you can. We sincerely suggest that customers should have some samples of required fans for testing because the truly performance of fans can be fully demonstrated after testing is conducted.

Q3: What is the warranty of products?

A3: For 1 year warranty. Free to amend and change the parts due to quality reasons in warranty year.
